AMITEX Sonet

The casing AMITEX Sonet is a multilayer barrier film combined with a non-extending plastic stripe (AMITEX Sonet stripe) or with a cotton twine (AMITEX Sonet twine). During the formation, the casing extends under the pressure of the product, while the non-extending twine or stripe prevents the filling evenly. As a result, the batons are formed with bumps corresponding to the layout of the twine or stripe on the casing.

Due to the original technical solution used in the production of casings, appropriate products are received

  • Working with casings AMITEX Sonet, any additional technical means (applicators) are not required;
  • When working with casings AMITEX Sonet, any unused residues of the casing or twines do not accumulate, whereas the casing and twine or stripe are used in synchronously equal quantities;
  • No danger that the twine or strip would stratify during the long term soaking of the casing;
  • When fixing a twine or a stripe to the casing, the fringes are formed at the same time on the shell, which facilitates the further formation of sausage production, the protuberances are formed at the same time on the casing, which facilitates the further formation of sausage production.

AMITEX Elite-S

The casing AMITEX Elite-S is a glossy multilayer barrier casing for the production of pasteurized and sterilized products in a casing. The casing AMITEX Elite-S is designated for products that are marketed in non-sliced batons for retail.

The specialty of the casing AMITEX Elite-S is the using of polymers with low gas permeability, partly for oxygen (EvOH), and high thermal resistance (the casing withstands a heat treatment at a temperature of 125 ° C) in the production thereof.

The combination of the heat treatment (sterilization) of products and the barrier properties of the casing AMITEX Elite-S itself makes it possible to produce products that maintain good consumer properties (freshness, taste, smell, appearance) for long periods of time.

The casing AMITEX Elite-S has significant technical and economic advantages in comparison with other packaging (glass and metal containers) used for sterilized products:
